Travel Vlog Singapore Botanic Garden Flower Dome and Cloud Forest
While in Singapore, I dedicated a full day to visit parks and nature reserves. First, I stopped at the Singapore Botanic Garden, an expansive park not far from the city center. If you take the subway, there’s a MRT station just by the entrance. These gardens have played an important role in fostering Singapore’s agricultural development through researching and cultivating plants. I was most excited to spend time in the National Orchid Garden, which blew me away. The orchid is Singapore’s national flower, and the gallery at the Botanic Garden’s gallery is unmatched. I also learned more about past and present horticultural practices at the Ethnobotany House. After stopping in Little India to eat and check out the merchandise, I made my way back to the Gardens by the Bay. At the Flower Dome, the special exhibit on display was called “Rose Romance.” Needless to say, I saw and smelled every kind of rose with great delight. Continuing on to the Cloud Forest, I climbed my way up through the artificial jungle for some amazing views of the Gardens by the Bay and the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. I highly recommend taking time to visit these attractions. Hope you enjoyed my botanical garden vlog. Come back to my channel to see where I go next!
